Private Meditation

 1-1 with Kira to build your daily practice.

this includes weekly live meditations. This is for someone who needs a little more help and some one who needs a little more accountability in their meditation practice. 

included in this is

1 Zoom meeting before the practice begins with Kira, to figure out the best plan of action for your meditation practice.

4 Zoom guided mediations. We will use the beginning the time to see where you are, what you need to work on, then we will move into the meditation. This will be about 45-60 minutes
